Semane is independent, majority Black-owned and managed by a Board of Directors appointed by shareholders, and an Executive Committee led by the CEO who reports to the Board of Directors. 75% of our BBBEE appointments are involved in the day-to-day running of Semane.

Semane supports a number of community projects. On Mandela Day in July 2018, we visited Hannah Projects in Boksburg. We supplied food and stationery and played with the children.
